Who am I?
I have fifteen years’ experience in tech businesses, ranging from brand new start-ups to established small companies making the transition to ‘grown-up’ working.
I have built teams from the ground up, resolved communication and collaboration issues and reinvigorated stagnant processes.
I specialise in diagnosing issues within a company, coaching teams on how to resolve them and identifying areas of risk ahead of growth.
How does it work?
The first thing I will do is talk to you.
You will have your own perspective on what your challenges are and what support you need. Then, depending on which package you have chosen, I will ask you for a list of your key members of staff and will arrange calls with them to understand their perspective.
These calls are confidential. As part of my service, I will provide you with a detailed summary of the findings from my interviews with your team, but anything specific will remain completely private. Over the years, I have found that this confidentiality allows people to be more open and honest with me.
Finally, I will begin drafting my findings and recommendations. You will have two opportunities to request revisions to your report (if, for example, you find you want more detail on certain aspects of the report), then I will schedule a meeting to talk you through the report in full.
